This service has a quiet coach with limited seating. Please inform in the booking request if you would like to be seated in the quiet coach. This will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

The Christmas magic will start the moment that you enter our festively decorated Engine House.
You will be asked to follow the signs upstairs and through the lit walkway to the waiting area, where you will pick up your tickets and present vouchers from our Ticket Manager.
Then at the appropriate time the Train Manager will take you out to the Santa Special waiting in the platform.
On your journey to the park and back Santa will have a specially selected present for each member of his young audience.
Afterwards you can socialise in our café area where drinks and seasonal mince pies and biscuits will be served.
